Domestic Shipping Policy
Free shipping for orders above $50. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days and tracking link will be sent to you. Shipping takes 3-5 days depending on courier. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

International Shipping Policy
The default courier service provider for international orders will be Janio. Any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the recipient. - Please bring the receipt and module to our shop if there is issues with the unit.

- If problem happens within 7 days of purchase, it will be classified as manufacturing defect. We will do 1 to 1 exchange without fees after unit is certified defect by our technical team.

- If problem happens within the year, after the first 7 days, a fee of $25 applies for 1 to 1 unit exchange.

- If problem happens after 1 year, warranty does not apply.
