Shipment processing time
Domestic Shipping Policy
Free shipping for orders above $50. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days and tracking link will be sent to you. Shipping takes 3-5 days depending on courier. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
International Shipping Policy
The default courier service provider for international orders will be Janio. Any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Some brands may not be shipped to certain destinations due to manufacturer restrictions. You are responsible for all back and forth shipping and brokerage charges for returns or exchanges. For warranty claim, item may be requested to be shipped back Singapore for inspection or repairs. You will be responsible for these additional back and forth shipping charges.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Items quoted at checkout does not include import fees which may be charged by the destination country. www.reginaspecialties.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
www.reginaspecialties.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
