SPIDI reinvents the three-layer jacket with STEP-IN ARMOR, a new technology that moves the protective layer close to the body, turning the external layers into lighter, more casual items of clothing. Inspired by studies carried out in the fiere of military aviation, the STEP-IN WEAR technology by SPIDI already gives riders the possibility to use jackets made of three layers, starting from the outside protective shell. The STEP-IN ARMOR turns this concept inside out. In jackets featuring the STEP-IN ARMOR technology, the inside layer is a net that integrates all necessary protections. This is a revolutionary concept that allows riders to feel fully safe when they wear only one light item of clothing close to the body. The middle layer is a soft shell in bielastic material.
The external layer is a water- and windproof light shell. Light. comfortable and finely designed, these two layers can also be used as casual garments to sport while taking a break from the road. By freely combining the three layers of the STEP-IN ARMOR technology through a practical zip system, the rider can create six different configurations, based on the climate and latitude in which he or she is travelling.

By continuous research and experience, gained from Safety Lab comes a new technology signed by SPIDI, synthesis of history and innovation, two founding values of the Brand. The main goal of the Safety Lab has always been focused on nding the best combination of comfort and safety. The most innovative value, focused in the design of its structure that enhance the possibilities offered by polymers and the nonperforming process, allows the industrial production of a protector with impact absorption capacity never reached before. With the application of the Warrior Tech inserts, the safety of the rider reaches a level with no equals, covering an important role as part of the vanguard in technical sports and opening new scenarios in mobility safety, that go far beyond the world of motorsport.
