X-804 RS ULTRA CARBON

In line with the long tradition of Italian motoring excellence, the X-804 RS Ultra Carbon has clearly been designed with the world of speed in mind. Made in carbon fibre, this helmet is an expression of pure innovation, represented by extreme concepts such as unmatched resistance, exemplary safety, the utmost comfort, lightness and aerodynamic refinement. Its design, highlighted by a style that is decidedly made in Italy, redefines the paradigm of sporting elegance. Graphic patterns, colour blocking, paint effects and exposed fibre are all certain to grasp the attention of enthusiasts both on the road and the racetrack. Inspired by great sporting endeavours in MotoGP and Superbike and tested in extreme conditions by these sports’ leading figures, the X-804 RS Ultra Carbon is now the jewel in the crown of Nolan’s line of carbon-fibre helmets; the XSeries.

    • Ultrawide flat and scratch resistant visor offering unequal field of vision
    • SVLS – Safety Visor Lock System to reduce the risk of visor opening at high speed
    • Visor mechanism with screwed safety fixing system
    • Multi-density EPS (expended Polystyrene) for impact energy absorption in different condition of temperature, speed (high & low) and type of surface
    • Specific EPS per size for optimum ratio fit/cushion (maximum quantity EPS for every size)
    • NERS – Nolan Emergency Release System, the helmet can be safely detached in emergency situations
    • D-rings retention system

    • RAF-Racing Air Flow with multiple air intakes and rear extractor to guarantee perfect ventilation
    • Mesh fabric in top inner cap to facilitate air flow
    • Soft premium polyamide fabric interwoven with carbon Fibers to provide thermo-regulation and fast dry
    • LAF-Liner Adjustable Fitting: Customizable top cap padding (3 thickness) in 4 area
    • Steady Fit: 3D shaped cheek pads with removable padding (3 thickness - spare parts)
    • Premium Italian Sakura polyamide fabric on cheek pads for comfort and durability in abrasive area
    • Lower rear edge profile optimized for improving neck mobility, especially in racing position
    • EA – Eyewear adaptative to ease the usage of glasses
