DESCRIPTION  

    • This vehicle specific split horn mount allows you to mount the DENALI SoundBomb Split Dual-Tone Air Horn in the optimum location on your BMW R 1200 GS/GSA and R 1250 GS/GSA. This kit includes one powder-coated steel bracket to mount the horn compressor inside the upper left fairing and a second bracket to mount the horn acoustic unit centered under the fairing stay.  

      This split horn mount (HMT.07.11000) was recently redesigned to replace our original horn mount (HMT.07.10700) to ensure that the horn components can only be installed in one specific orientation eliminating the possibility of installing them incorrectly and maximizing suspension clearance. The two M8 mounting points and indexing tab on both the acoustic unit bracket and compressor bracket ensure that the horn components can not rotate once installed.  

      Vehicle Fitment

      • BMW R1200GS 2016-2018* 
      • BMW R1250GS 2019-2020
      • BMW R1200GS Adventure 2014-2019
      • BMW R1250GS Adventure 2019-2020
      • This mount will also fit 2021 & 2022 GS and GSA models that do not have the optional adaptive headlight. 

      Use horn mont for HMT.07.11001 for 2021 and 2022 GS and GSA models that are fitted with the adaptive headlight.  

      *Special Fitment Note for 2015 & 2016 R1200 GS owners: BMW made a rolling revision to the fairing stay hardware where this horn mounts to the bike. In order to ensure proper fitment on 2015 and 2016 model years only, please confirm (before you buy) if your bike uses M6 bolts or M8 bolts to connect the fairing stay to the head tube. If it has M8 bolts coming from the right side, this is the correct SKU. If it has M6 bolts coming from the left side you need this SKU HMT.07.10400
