NERS - NOLAN EMERGENCY RELEASE SYSTEM (PATENT PENDING)
This system, whose patent is pending, allows rescue personnel to remove the pillow pads from the helmet while it is worn by the motorcyclist, simply by pulling on the red ribbons positioned in the front area of the bearings.
The large surface of the visor, scratch-resistant (S / R - Scratch Resistant), allows a greater view, even from the side, thus ensuring maximum driving comfort and increasing active safety. The visor mechanism with tilting functionality, whose patent is pending, allows a greater extension of the surface covered by the Pinlock® visor and reduces the risk of accidental opening / closing of the visor as well as of infiltrations from the same.
MVA - MAGNETIC VISOR ASSEMBLY (PATENT PENDING)
This system, whose patent is pending, allows an extremely rapid assembly of the visor thanks to the presence of magnets both in the visor itself and in the relative mechanism.
PINLOCK® FOG-RESISTANT INTERNAL VISOR
The patented adjustment system allows you to adjust the draft of the Pinlock®, acting from the outside of the visor, without it being necessary to disassemble it. The silicone profile, adopted under Pinlock® license, allows, firstly, to increase the air gap between the outside and inside, thus further reducing the risk of fogging and, secondly, reducing the risk of scratches to the visor.
SUN VISOR (VPS)
Printed in LEXAN TM *, it provides S / R (scratch resistant) and F / R (fogging resistant) treatment and offers UV protection up to 400 nanometers. It can be easily dismantled for maintenance and cleaning and is adjustable in various positions.

INTERNAL COMFORT PADDING “CARBON FITTING RACING EXPERIENCE” WITH INNOVATIVE NETWORK CONSTRUCTION
The internal comfort padding is made with active carbon filaments, a thermoregulatory, antistatic and dissipative element. The cap, with innovative mesh construction, facilitates the diffusion of air in the upper part of the head which, in this way, remains fresh and dry. The internal padding also consists of lateral pillows (right and left) and covering strips, all completely removable and washable.
LINING OF INTERNAL POLYSTYRENE PILLOWS
The helmet has a molded coating of the internal polystyrene cheek pads which makes it possible to more precisely attach the cheek pad pads. This coating, which gives the product a fine finish, also forms the seat for the earphones of the N-Com communication system.
System designed for the comfort of those who wear glasses. Quickly and easily, it allows to obtain a space for the temples of the glasses in the pillow. It is reversible, as it is possible to bring the pillows back to their initial configuration. To further facilitate washing, the cheek pads are equipped with internal foam padding which can be extracted from the fabric cover.
LPC - LINER POSITIONING CONTROL (PATENT PENDING)
This system, whose patent is pending, allows you to adjust the position of the cap which, for the same size of the helmet, allows you to change the attitude of the helmet itself on the head, adapting it to the different needs and anatomical conformations.
The helmet is prepared and approved with the N-Com communication system installed. The helmet preparation system, as well as the N-Com product with this compatible, have been designed with the aim of facilitating the assembly operations of the system itself in the helmet.

X-903 ULTRA CARBON has passed, at the Newton Srl laboratory, the tests relating to the rotational impacts to which the racing helmets used, among others, in MotoGP and SBK races are subjected. Newton Srl is an independent test laboratory, recognized as suitable by the Italian Ministry of Transport for the approval of helmets and visors, in accordance with ECE / UN 22-05 regulation.
